In Indonesia, Spotify was facing competition from local music streaming services. It didn’t help that there was a misconception that it only carried foreign music.
We changed that by helping Spotify launch the largest music campaign in Indonesia. Our campaign IDentitasku, carries the abbreviation for Indonesia and also means “My Identity”. It became a powerful platform for both artists and fans to express their hometown pride and unique Indonesian identities through music.
It was so successful that it even bagged Spotify a TV partnership with The Indonesian Next Big Star where our artists came on as mentors to the next generation of voices–garnering nationwide brand love.
